Ethics & Mission
Your conscience. Your conclusions.
“No authority gets to do your thinking for you. Not a tradition. Not a critic of tradition. Not this website.”
No demonization
We do not portray believers, clergy, families or traditions as enemies. Sincerity deserves respect, even in disagreement.
No forced outcome
Deepening faith, revising it, changing traditions, or setting belief aside are all legitimate outcomes. None is our goal.
Preserve the good
The gifts of an upbringing — love, discipline, music, service, community — are worth keeping, whatever one concludes.
Transparent claims
We separate evidence, interpretation and proposed philosophy. Unsourced statements are not established findings; we never invent citations.
Privacy by design
Reading never requires an account. No analytics or tracking. Private reflections stay only in temporary browser-tab memory; optional accounts and subscriptions use separate, consent-based data.
Correctable
This project is a work in progress and welcomes challenge to its own framework.
